Xanax through sperm

Hello,

I have a fear that's been nagging me constantly, I stopped xanax 5 mnths ago and was under the impression i wasn't producing sperm for a long time, then recently i accidentally ingested some sperm - i wanted to know, is it possible that the xanax was not cleared out of my sperm and that i got it back in me by ingesting my sperm? or does the xanax only decrease libido and the sperm count but never actually destroys fertility?
