need to get ready to see friends and I am a wreck here!!  Can not  share my "struggle" with them so I will just seem off ALOT##

Girl you need to just take a breath, deep breath.  You've come this far - if you keep focusing on the negative, struggle and freaking yourself out I'm afriad you are just setting yourself up to fail.  I know this is hard - if going out in public right now is too much stress and being around people then give yourself permission to just hole up at home until you get a handle on this.

Someone gave me a quote recently that really helped me put things in perspective and I'm gonna pass it on to you.....

Choose to move ahead, try to find the positive in what you are going through and focus on that, what have you learned, what are your triggers.

COME ON .... u ve been strong enough to take the decision of quitting. when u can fight addiction u can do anything, and if they judge u for doing something this good, then they don t deserve ur friendship. be proud of urself of fighting the addiction.
