Hi shay . . Hope you were able to get some sleep last night. You might try listening to some soothing music. I also take a supplement called Calms Forte. It is in the vitamin aisle at Walmart and only costs about four bucks. May help a little. Things will definitely improve with time. Peace and strength . . Deb
thanks for the tips I use em all but the nanna's not sure what thats about but I can guess. sometimes my panic attacks are for no reason that's the issue sometimes I can overcome some of my anxiety by positive thinking but not always thanks for your help :)

how are you doing? anxiety can be so scary but try to change your thoughts to stop it increasing tonight, breath really slowly and deep. You could try a hot bath and the old remedy of a hot milk glass could help you a little bit ...and a pair of bananas if you have them. But most important of all you have to concentrate in calming your thoughts, i know it's difficult bt it's the best thing you can do and concentrate in your breathing....
