just keep eating rylands restful legs and you can sleep! thank god. this is for tramadol wds. emilypost also said sublingual b-12 helped her a lot with the psychological factor. i don't know if that is true but i have been doing it and i have not had serious depression issues. i feel very vulnerable in public like i don't have a skin. i don't want to run into anyone who i am not extremely comfortable with but i am not in hell.
