Battling the need

I need help with understanding how to deal with this pain. It hurts so bad. I don't know how you are supposed to stay clean if you hurt as bad as I do. I just dont want to feel this crappy pain forever, and with no insurance, meds were the only answer to give my any relief, and now I don't get that. I don't know what to feel/do????

im trying. yes overeasy, had a legitimate script, then going to the streets for more. God woke up crying again..pain *****!!!!

good morning tina,
hun you have to remeber it is rebound pain. your brain screaming at you to take the pills. it will take a good month to totally beable to access your pain after you are off the meds,    take lots of hot soaks, alternate ice then heat. use topical things,take motrin or advil. and you have to MOVE, as you move you will work through the pain.
i am praying for you. take that drive today and walk around at the store.

Do you exercise?  Have you tried yoga or light stretching?

Can you talk with the doc that gives you your meds?  or were you self medicating?  (I don't remember)
