VERY UPSET

I am concerned because many people need info. and I do not have the answers. I just read 4 posts that had no answer and were there for 20-50 minutes!!!!! I know ppl are here cuz that post about refill is going like crazy. Could we do what is intended and offer advice and support???

it's nice to have a mothering side... I dont always know what to say either... i have no idea about pain meds at all but I always try and write that someone will come on that knows more..

I feel the same, believe me, I have a ton of fun joking and laughing my butt off, I just do not want anyone to be "un-noticed" (for lack of a better term) in the process! I was just afraid that if someone was not answered, they may leave, and not come back. I tend to worry about people, guess its my "mothering" side showing!! LOL

We do need the friendships as vicuser said.  We have all been thru a lot and we need that comraderie too.  We/most of us care very much and hop on to the ones we feel we can help.  We all have stregnths  that can serve an array of problems.  
Confused, you are so compassionate, great post.  We need for even the newbies to know that laughter is good.  I was not her today, and I dont know what happened, but, lets chuck the negative and be possative.......Even have a little fun in the middle!

yes, confused..refill needs to be deleted sometimes that gets outta hand.  i choose not to get caught up in it.  i sent lasher a pm.  i was out for awhile but i am back now.

I too feel that we need to be here for those than need help. However, I have noticed that in the past four months that I have been here many people come and go. Many times I have read post that I could answer and did, many of them I couldn't and didn't. I have noticed that most of the other people that came aboard the site when I did have left or  don't show up too much anymore. The group that you see chattering may keep coming back because of the chatter and also to help. I agree that the post asking for help should be priority #1 and bumped to the top until answered, but please I and others need the friendships made here right, now in our lives.

I feel the same and would like to get back to the purpose of this forum as well...sometimes I read and get a little disappointed in the chatter that happens on here that is useless chatter...seems as tho possibly even trying to egg it on....I am disappointed in myself for taking that post personally today but when u r trying to recover you can be a bit sensitive...Lets get back to work!  Helping people helps me...i work tho and went to dinner tonight so can not always be on here...need to be tonight tho...thanx confused
