Get some help,I went back and forth on how to do it by myself,etc.etc.but it's too hard on your own.We are addicts and can slip up too easy, getting clean is not as hard as staying clean.it's a day by day thing but you can do it.
Withdrawal is not fun but it doesn't last too long.God bless you and good luck!

Hi,

You can go ct or you can taper. If you taper, it would be best if you have someone hold them for you and dose them to you according to a schedule.

Once you start this process let us know and we can help you with home remedies and otc supplements.

Glad you decided to quit.
