Hampstead....next time you wanna correct something you posted on an original thread you started....just come post on the same thread.  It will get confusing for people to follow you the other way, okay?

Your name sounded familiar...so I looked back.  You have been trying this "taper" method for a REALLY long time.  If you were only at 40 mg and are down to 20mg/day....why don't you just quit....cut off your source for pills and get r done?  You've been dragging this out 3 different times now and it seems maybe you're like me, in that, you would be better off just stopping.  20 mg/day isn't a high dose to jump from.  I jumped from a 100mg a day and managed to survive.  You can too....you've been around a long time now.....what do you think about trying a different "quit" method this time?
Share your addiction with someone that you will feel accountable to and get some aftercare.  The drawing out and continual tapering you are doing HAS to be wearing you out.  Just a thought, huh?

We can't tell you how to taper because we're not doctors.  All I can suggest is for you to see a doctor about this.  Blessings - Blu
