I wanted to thank everyone that responsed to my post last nite.  I was in a very dark place as im sure we have all been but life has been very unenjoyable since i strate d pills yet i still cant seem to stop.  I have lsot who I really am i used to be so happy and carefree and sweet now i am moody anxious and irritable all the time I hate who I have become. I hoep I can get to the point where I really want to quit maybe Im jsut not to the point I need to be yet right?

maybe not but sounds like yuo are trying and really I hope you make that decision to quit life on pills is not life it is a death sentence,but only you will know when your ready,just know that when you are everyone on here will do all they can to help you
