I think it's good that you admitted it and are ready to start over. You don't have to apologize to us! We are here for you through thick and thin. That's what this forum is for and that's friends are for....even though we aren't all together physically I know I still think of this place as my "safe place". If you are craving again....figure out what is causing it... and then if you can jump on here and POST let us talk to you til it passes!
You are going to make it...just a little bump in the road!
Take care!
JoAnn

DAMN WELL BETTER NOT HAPPEN AGAIN, (jus kiddin). your alright, you start where ever you want
We are here for you so lean on us. Look at what triggered you and make a list if you have too. Keep posting as it helps. stay strong sara
i think it is great that u got back on track so quickly..most do not...u will be ok..maybe a mental setback but that will pass....30 something days with a minor setback...not bad..not bad at all!
You're doing the right thing by coming here. Do you know why you took them? Was it stress? I really hope you can look at this as a learning experience and start over. Some degree of guilt is okay maybe even necessary but too much can make you use again.
Good luck
Headhunter I have used this analogy again and again, getting sober and staying that way is like riding a bike. Very few are able to ride the very first time. We fall, get up and dust ourselves off, and then try again. Within a few trys we are able to ride successfully and then we get brave and try to ride without holding on (relapse),
Just get up dust off and start again
Good luck
Susan
