Need some encouragment
Ive been off Vicodin for four days. Still cant sleep, having hot flashes, eyes still watering. When will all this end? And also has anyone ever had body twitches while trying to sleep? I have them all night all. Sometimes they are severe. Im going crazy.
Time to heal... Yes, it takes time but you will be feeling better before you know it. Hang in there and don't give up. Brighter days are ahead.

Congrats on 4 days!!! The worst should be almost over.. Make sure you are drinking lots of fluids. Soak in a hot bath as that will help the RLS. You are doing great so keep hanging in there.
Hello in time all this well pass I took all kinda of opiates vicodin, norco, percocet, my most recent was tramadol. im 8 days clean . How many where you taking?
