i am going to bed soon, will be on for a few. just wanted to say, you will be in my prayers tonight. if you have trouble sleeping, try melatonin, if you have any, it is a natural sleep aide. also, hot bath and a cup of camomile tea, no caffine. lots of prayer and lots of water. ill be checking the forum in the morning, ill be looking forward to see how you are doing. christina
