Why These Thoughts?/How do you find online NA meetings?

One of the injuries I had that started me on this Norco addiction was a back injury.  This morning my back started to hurt and immediately I thought "I need to take a Norco."  Its almost a reflex.  I realized what I was thinking and took 1 gram of Tylenol instead.

Is this something that will be lifelong?

Someone here yesterday mentioned online meetings.  How would I find an online NA meeting?

I agree with IBK.....in person meetings are better as the support is face to face with you.  

You may feel some increased pain on and off but it will subside the longer you are clean.

Do a google search. I have to suggest you go to meetings in person. While it is about the message, it is also about the friendships and the support.
