Hi Sma, welcome to the forum. There is lots of great advice and support here. So, if I understand your post correctly, you've been taking Vicoden for about a month or a little more? How many are you taking per day? Have you been abusing your prescription, taking more than prescribed? Depending on that information, I would not think that your withdrawals would be as bad as before when you detoxed off of the Percs. You should just have a few days of maybe moderate flu like symptoms and then start feeling better each day. There are things you can do to ease the withdrawal symptoms.  Stay well hydrated, take vitamins and supplements such as a 3 in 1 Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc. Also Potassium. Taking Epsom Salt baths for muscle aches and restlessness, eating healthy meals, and getting outside for some mild exercise. All of this will help. You can keep posting here for moral support. This is very doable, you can get through this.

Let us know how we can help. Take care. I wish you all the best!
