how are you feeling today? any better?
one thing I would suggest if you haven't tried it yet is Emergen C with Tyrosine. The combination of the two before you eat breakfast. You will find a huge boost in energy. well, not huge but noticeable. I split the tyrosine doses, take 1 cap in the morning and one before lunch. It can cause jitters and stomach issues so thatis the only downfall.
tyrosine can be hard to find, I eventually found it at Whole Foods store but I know they have it online.
I wish you the best. congrats on being clean. I am still tapering from the evil fentanyl so I'm not there yet but hope to be soon,

That energy will come back very soon. When I went thru my last detox part of my thinking on energy levels was based on the opiate produced energy I got when I used. It takes a minute to get used to our opiate free natural energy. Back when we used to live and lived to used we were a complete slave to our drug of choice and our addiction to it. Every day without using will be an improvement over the previous day. As long as you don't use things will quickly get better and better. You're free right now! A great post I read on here: "Today is the tomorrow I worried about yesterday". Stay in the now, don't think about tomorrow because that day will take care of itself. You'll get through just fine.
Congrats on the 12 step program it will be very rewarding I believe fully in the steps just don't rush through them take your time and find a sponsor good luck
Hello I just saw your post and wanted to give you some suggestions for the fatigue try to eat if you can drink plenty of fluids and take vit c vit b-complex fish oil and just always remember your one step closer to freedom god bless
I have already missed wed. Thur and fri with flu. Time to grow up and be a big girl.
Can you tell them you are sick on Monday? Perhaps that the flu is going around? forgive me, I didn't check your previous posts to see the reason you told them you were out.
I know what you mean by no strength. That is what I am going through right now with the taper, I have no energy to get out of bed. showering is too much of an effort most days.
Can you start looking for a counselor tomorrow? I found mine by looking online and going to healthgrades to find their patient satisfaction scores.
If you can't get in right away, how about NA or even AA meetings? I started at a 12 step program (even while doing my rediculously long 2 month + taper) and found a lot of strength in it.
let me know how you are doing?
