what about a system cleanse

my sister got a system cleanse to clean the colon and detoxify the liver will that be too much on me?

Colon cleanse is not an enema. It's laxatives you take or drink very simular to what you took before your colonoscopy. They cleaned your colon out before they put the snake camera up your colon. LOL I don't think theres a lot of medical benefit to cleaning the colon unless you have constipation problems. Too much info right?

In my opinion, the whole colon cleansing thing is a scam. Around 5 years ago I had a colonoscopy done. They put you through a three-day fasting/fluid drinking thing before that. But no enemas or other fluid induction. As they were doing the procedure (it is no big deal by the way), I could see my colon on the TV screen. It was as fresh and clean as a . . . well . . . baby's bottom. So I don't take this stuff about stuff accumulating in your colon seriously anymore. But then, I never was the touchy-feely type. Colon-wise. I mean . . . er

That's one problem I never have either so I do a body detox every once in a while but I don't think it would help you. Can't hurt though.
You remind me so much of myself last year. I just couldn't understand why I was still feeling like sh** after 7, 8, 9 days. Then finally after two weeks I started to feel better physically. I did get out and walk every day no matter what. If it was bad weather then I went to the gym and rode the bike or something. It gets you out of the house and gets your body and brain working better. Methadone is supposed to be really tough to come off of but you're doing it PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP!!!

It will help detoxify the liver but unfortunately the toxins still need to leave your body..hence withdrawl....

haven't had that.... before these 8 days i had went thru 6 days without methadone got 100mgs watered down and it was gone in four days now here i am 8 days later. i started to have bowl movement before i got the 100mgs but no diareah.

If you are already having diarhea as most do it probably won't do much for you. I have wondered about saunas. I wonder if a good hot sweat would help get the toxins out quicker. You are in the middle of the worst please try to get out and do something even a walk will help you some.
