where is all the "support"

Just wondering why some of these post get TONS of support while others tend to get NONE???? I am really disappointed because i have another thread and got hardly any responses people would come on once and thats it... not very cool to pick and choose who u r gonna support.....we are ALL going through the same thing

Hi again- I wrote to you several days ago and I think it was on your first message. Somewhere in the thread you mentioned you were pregnant as you didn't mention that at first.

At that time, I suggested that the best thing for you to do is let the doctors manage your meds.
They know your history and with the pain doctor and the OB in communication, you are well taken care of.

I read your other posts and it looks like you're doing your own thing with the meds. All I can say is you shouldn't do that. You really need to do things exactly as they tell you. I doubt your OB would tell you to do anything that would hurt you or your baby. It is in his/her best interest to do things properly.

Please dont think Im being a jerk i Just read my post+it seems a little rude and Im ABSOLUTELY not try to b I just want u to have the easiest time w/this through ur pregnancy as I was on the pks when i was pregnant+my Dr didnt make any plans to taper me off so at about30weeks(after talking2my ob I made a plan w/PM Dr to taper which was quick+of course I didnt hold the pills but at that point i could've LOL NOPE).IT wasnt bad and also my son was born2weeks early because I was induced cause he was already almost10lbs@38weeks(u read that right).I was huge and uncomfortable but I got off just so I didnt have2stress any possability of any w/d4him when he was born.He was100%perfect+now a very happy+super healthy28month old.I just want u2pick the lesser of2evils(oxy vs.methadone).

Hey.So I looked through ur post the pregnant+methadone1 mostly.Can I ask u how dar along r u?I c that ur scared+hate the idea of a taper off the oxy but r ok w/meth.You want advice.Its simple the meth is AWFUL2detox from,takes WAY longer to feel normal again than the oxy.Do u have someone who can hold+dispense ur meds2u(someone u can count on to ONLY give u EXACTLY the amount ur Dr says like a friend sibling or parent?Thats all u need.I totally understand y u cant have them n ur control and not abuse them as I wouldnt have been able2 I did c/t off average150mg hydrocodone a day(15-10mg a day for a long time)my Dr even prescribed me6a day through my pregnancy.That was the ONLY time I didnt abuse them and thats because my mother or husband gave them to me1@a time+I never had them.Im sad2say i think u r gonna regret going the meth route.
