Am I going to probably at least wake up from this drug combo?

So today "my friend" started at the methadone clinic and was given a does of 15 mg oral liquid. A relatively small dose for my friend as he has been iv'ng about 200+ mgs of oxcodone a day on average. So my friend is scared because he took the methadone this morning, then a shot of about 40 mg of oxycodone this was all by 1 pm today. so then my friend went out to this event from 6-12 and drank about 8-10 beers. My friend then came home and iv'ed another 30 mg of oxycodone. So do yall think he will be fine if he goes to sleep and he should wake up fine? Should he try not to go to sleep for a while? its 2 am now. He isnt nodding or even feeling all that high but he does have a slight weird tight feeling in his chest. How concerned should he be, and what would you do in his situation? Any and all replies are GREATLY appreciated. My friend is probably freaking himself out for no reason but he would desperately like to hear the advice and oppinions of others. Thanks alot!

like I said I can only speak from exsperiance... He asked if he was going to be ok...like I said I have had many a night just the same as the one he discribes... But ofcourse there is a problem with it!!!! LOL if he is starting a clinic depending on his former use ( again my own exsperiance )  he will have a couple more nights just like it untill the methadone is at a high enough dose to "numb" his mind of any impulse he may have to that friendly little "shot Gun" .... then again, once again everyone IS different...and I may have lived a little more....hardcore than most.

PS: JONNY BOY... try to stay focused... and for the love of god take care of yourself/friend!

i dont think he's actually referring to "a friend" brandshe lol...but with the methadone, which is gonna be built up in his system, with the alcohol and that delicious faint taste of oxy in his throat after seeing the beautiful sight of blood coming in the rig and blasting it back in the vein...twice...idk there might be a problem..

Thanks soo much for the replies guys. Yeah i think I/ "my friend" will be just fine. I think the chest thing was just anxiety. I wouldnt have been worried at all had it not been for the methadone added in there which i dont have a ton of experience with. thanks again guys and any further comments/advice will still be read and appreciated,

let your friend know If he does wake up try not to do it again!  LOL  as far as the mix of the methadone and the oxy ( at those doses ) he should be fine I have done it ( a lot ) I have also drank while on both at once...I however am only 5' -- 120lbs I couldn't do 8-10 beers.  the chest thing is probably anxiety...I think from my personal exsprieance he will be just fine... but everyone IS different...again thats just me...if he is not willing to go to a hospital...I guess just keep an eye on 'em
