If you cant sleep dont lay there and toss and turn. That just adds to the frus tration. Turn on some music, read or look at a magazine. Your sleep will come back so dont give up hope!

Ur sleep will come back soon i promise. Just keep fighting and keep busy. If u can go for a little walk to loosen up your muscles. Take a warm bath and try to sleep in there for a little. I will pray for you and I hope u feel better soon. Dont give up.

I came off 1-2 grams iv heroin a day..i was doing it all day everyday. Got real bad had a hella of a kick but was able to end it cold turkey. What state do you live in? Well theres NA meetings online that you can join. I would do whatever you can to work out the issues and reasons for your drug use. U dont want to end up back in the same spot. Hey bud glad to hear your doing good. I watched about 50 movies while I was kicking and although I couldnt sit still when watching em they helped calm my mind and provided some laugher and good feelings in my brain. How long have you been clean and what are you coming off of? Keep up the positive attitude and like u said take it minute by minute and youll soon be at the end of the tunnel. After you doing any aftercare? That helps a ton and makes the time go by faster its so important to stay busy. Sitting around and thinking about it makes it much worse.
