Hey. Glad to hear you are moving forward. The digestive issues usually disappear after about a week or so of being clean. It may get worse before it gets better. But it gets better! Try to do some relaxation techniques like deep breathing and light exercise. This really helps with the anxiety, stomach problems and insomnia.
Its a tough fight for a week, then it gradually gets better. Just push through the pain and keep in mind that the rewards are SO worth it. Promise! I am over three weeks clean and look and feel like a new person.

Everyone's different when it comes to the length of time it takes for someone to get over the physical aspects of the withdrawl/detox period. Normally it only takes 4-5 days for the physical stuff to stop. Keep hydrated and drink plenty of fluids and light juices like apple juice, Try to shy from the orange juice because of the acidity!
