Don't have anythig to add that ricart or vicki didn't say - just wanted to throw a little support you way.  I'm 44 days off 10/325 Hydros - used daily 3 years.  My detox was severe for 2 or 3 days and then every day was a little better.  Post for support/questions.  Good luck and hang in there.

Try to get out and walk around for the leg cramps. Walking is also good for the body. Drink some fluids to flush your body. Remember to get rid of any triggers that will cause you to use. Hang in there and report back to us on how good you are doing.

I agree with Rick. There's a huge difference in withdrawal symptoms if your use was two months as opposed to five years.

Usual length of time is three to five days for the worst. Good luck.

How long had you been taking these? That is the greatest determiner of how bad and how long withdrawal will be.It won't be too terrible though since you are just taking 20-25 mgs per day.
