treatment for sinus allergy from curd

earliar i used to eat curd or chilled milk but from two years i have been allergic to curd and milk.
symptoms are like sinutis and running nose with sneezing, even when i wash my hairs.
is there any medicine so that i would be able to eat curd and take chilled milk
