Accidentally took another dose of antidepressant!

Heya guys.

I feel so silly!....not too long ago i went dowstairs to grab a painkiller for my headache, i picked out my citalopram box without noticing, grabbed a pill out and swallowed it. Now i'm fretting like mad!, my last dose was about 9:30pm last night (GMT i'm UK) and i took this one 1:10pm today...i take 20mg normally.

I hope i'm gonna be okay!, heard some nasty things that can happen doubling up or taking one too early!, what should i do?, Nerves all over the place with worry!

You are going to be fine. Don't take your dose at 9:30 tonight but rather wait until the next day.

Whew!..

Thanks guys!, Panic Averted, i gave my Health helpline a quick call just to get re-assured. Have to admit though....i've never done that before and hence the panic'ing like a loose screw!
