no i just take the ambien if i can't sleep at time and if i try to to sleep i just wait til i'm really tired to sleep and that's when i do. i feel empty like emotionless feeling but i think it's due to the the zoning out idk
You're welcome. The ambien makes you feel zoned out? Is there anything else u can try for sleep? It's not worth it if you're not happy.
the only thing that really calms me is sitting near a open window and letting the cold air hit me and it helps with the feeling of feeling zoned out but i can't stay in one spot to keep me calm but thx i'll try some of ur tips and advice really appreciate it thx
I personally like self meditation and hot tea. Specifically chai tea. Anxiety can be brought on by many things, medication being one of them. Taking time out for yourself to do some breathing exercises or to take a walk helps. Walking or exercising releases endorphins in your brain which flush out negative neurotransmitters.
