There's a link to just ONE of your threads where you ask the same question.
At this point, you're just obsessively seeking reassurance, which is not helping you.
NO ONE can tell you when you'll start to feel better. Also, remember that a lot (most I would guess) of your anxiety probably isn't even attributed to the Zoloft, but rather your original anxiety. I hate to say it, but you've pretty much done everything that isn't advised. Like I told you, you're your own worst enemy. Yes, I know you've made efforts, but not consistently, and you stop trying because it's "too hard". Yes, it is hard...very much so, but you have to keep pushing.
In the VERY least, you need to limit your idle time (on the computer, for example) and get engaged in life. It's counterproductive for you for us to continue repeating the same things. It's only feeding into that obsessive thought process, and I don't want to attribute to that.
The more you continue to seek reassurance, the shorter lived your relief will be, and the worse you will feel when the anxiety surges again. You've started this process, it takes time, no other way around it. You can either choose to continue white knuckling it, or you can really dig your heels in and male
a concerted effort to try.....and not try like you have...REALLY really TRY.
