Anxiety and I want support

So I've been suffering with anxiety for over a year now and I've had an anxiety attack yesterday where I felt a huge grip in my chest like someone was literally gripping my chest , it's a bad muscle tensing issue i feel in the middle of my chest, and this is where i am unable to breathe properly. i was doing okay the last few months but lately after drinking I've been having heart palpitations and this is where it went downhill and I got the panic attacks again. i am currently unable to sleep because as soon as I am about to fall asleep i get this mini panic attack where i feel as if someone kicked or nudged be back awake and i feel this adrenaline rush and there goes my heart palpitations all over again!
Help meeee! Please if you feel the same way share with me , I don't want to feel like I'm alone I'm so tired of being critised and like no one understands the stress!

When you say drinking, do you mean alcohol? Because if so, the alcohol will make your anxiety worse, particularly after its effects wear off and you get rebound anxiety that's stronger than the anxiety you had to begin with. If you don't drink alcohol or use benzodiazepines for anxiety (which would cause substance-induced anxiety disorders), then you may either have generalized anxiety disorder or panic disorder. For either, follow up with a a psychiatrist. Episodes of panic attacks can be very frightening and feel very dangerous and life threatening, but they're completely safe. They just suck.
