I would have to agree...anxiety can manifest itself in almost anyway possible in my experience. Depending on what I was worrying about at the time, I would feel lightheaded, chest pains, etc...you name it, I felt it. Have you sought help through a counselor or therapist? For me, the most important step I took was to talk it over with a professional to better understand where the anxiety was coming from and how to effeciently confront it...keep us posted.
Yes, this is one of the possible symptoms you can have with anxiety and panic attacks. Are you in therapy for the trauma? If not, I would highly recommend doing so to help with your anxiety and panic attacks.
