Benzos aren't sleeping pills. Some people will actually feel more awake if you reduce the anxiety. The reason they help with sleep is often when they start to wear off you will feel tired, or a side effect for you is sedation. Taking these regularly for sleep, and it will become regular, will only lead to rebound insomnia. Same with sleeping pills. Some people do get to where this is all that helps, but it's not the ideal solution.
Do you regularly have sleeping issues? How long have you taken K, how often?
Do you use it to help sleep? If so, you need something designed for insomnia instead. If you use it for sleep, is the person prescribing it aware of this?
