Pretty much anything you have read about your body can manifest. Relax stress is the worst for anxiety. Look at life's big picture dont stress the little thi gs cause you can't control everything. Laugh alot. It's your life make decisions that make you happy.

I have a symptom about my eyes that i might go blind..but i know is not true. I a see a bit different when i focus on the eye.
