seeking help for anxiety/depreession/panic attack

on epiril 0.5mg one at night,ridazine 10mg one at night,vaniz XR 75mg two in morning.since january 2001.
but still problems like severe anwiety and depression occur in oct 2006,oct 2007 and now since aug 2008.
lost will power completely.no self confidance still.what to do?please help me you all experts/ill ones.
changed doctor in 23rd oct and he has given alprazolam 0.5mg three times daily,etizolam 0.5 mg three times daily,milborn 50mg one daily,mirnite 15 mg 1 at bed time.
still having same problem from 10th dec?cant understand what to do?

I'm so sorry your going through this.  It sounds like you have some severe depression.  I know my girlfriends mom has really severe depression, mainly due to the loss of her husband, (which was seven years ago).  She didn't eat, sleep, etc for two weeks.  She went in the hospital for a month and they started her on meds and ECT treatments which seemed to help quite a bit, but it is a difficult treatment to go through and is only used in really really bad cases.  She has underlying issues that cause her depression.  Do you have any unresolved issues?  Are you in counseling at all?  I would suggest that.  
Your on Remeron which is a great severe depression medication.  My girlfriends mom was also put on Zyprexa.  She's actually living with my girlfriend right now, because she's afraid to go home and face her issues.  She's also refusing counseling because she's really stubborn, the most stubborn person I've ever seen.  
Get help anyway you can, from family or a professional.

I guess my question is why are you on so much medication.  Couldn't they find one or two medicines to put you on.  And I don't recognize any of the medications that your on.  Can you give more information about your symptoms?

could your problems be due to SAD? Just a thought as this usually starts in Autumn.
