Sounds like anxiety to me. You should go see a therapist to see what the underlying cause is.

I have bad anxiety/panic and your symptoms sound about like I feel.  So i'd say its a very good chance it is anxiety or panic attacks.

Unfortunately, anxiety can send anyone who suffers from it on that kind of downward spiral.  Although the sensations you are feeling are not in your head, what is causing them IS.  Rest assured, the symptoms that you are describing are common to anxiety sufferers and your doctor(s) do want the best for you.  If there was something greater to be concerned with they would do their best to help determine the cause.  The worry cycle is very troubesome, but the more you give attention to what is going on in your body and the more you worry over it the worse the symptoms you feel are going to get.  There are relaxation exercises you can try, etc.  Consult your doctor about what kinds of anxiety-relieving methods he/she suggests.  Don't worry, you will be okay.
