Scared to death

Hi everyone... It might be embarrassing to ask but I need to do it. Five days ago when I woke up I had a terrible stomach pain... I tired taking some pills and they relieved the pain for some time... A day after I started having excessive gas release... What I read on the internet is that flatulence can be a sign of colon or stomach cancer and that petrifies me. Sometimes I feel bloated. If anyone can tell me if flatulence is stress related... I've been under stress for a long time...and don't really know how to cope with it though I am trying a lot... These symptoms I am having now just scare me a lot... Please help

I took MAGSIL, antiacid and anti- gas and ENZYPLEX. Yes, I do... I have a lot of anxiety over health problems... And also been under stress for a long time... I don't know if all this can be stress-related...or a indication of something serious. The gas seems normal now.. But what worries me now is the mucus in the stool...

Follow up with your doctor.  It is likely not anything serious, but you continue to have issues, so you need a work-up.

If you are concerned about it go to your doctor and ask him\her about it. These symptoms are abnormal for you and should be investigated.
If you have severe pain, do not hesitate to go to the emergency room. They will test your blood for reasons you might have such pain. There are conditions that can get worse and be deadly such as diverticulitis or gallbladder inflammation. Nobody over the web can diagnose you because they can not see the markers in your blood or do an abdominal scan. Seek treatment and try to reduce your stress levels.

What kind of pills did you take?

Sounds very normal, certainly not an indication of anything serious.  Do you normally have a lot of anxiety over health concerns?  Have you ever addressed those fears?

It can be stress related.  It can be diet related, and can catch up to you as you get older with foods that aren't right for you but didn't bother you when you were younger -- it's cumulative.  Highly unlikely that alone would indicate cancer.
