Acheing legs

I suffer with health anxiety had most of the symtoms but my legs aching are new to me  they feel stiff like they are ceasing up iam a a carer so I spend a lot of time on my legs is this part of my anxiety

You might try magnesium supplementation, then.  But take it at a separate time than you take your meds, as they interfere with each other's absorption.

Are you on medication for anxiety?  I ask because one possible cause of this problem is lack of magnesium, and the meds used for mental illness all interfere with its absorption.  Magnesium supplementation might be the quickest try to fix this.  And do you stretch?

Yes loads lorazepam citalopram mirtazapine also beat ablockers av been on them for over a yr also put a lot of weight on I. Yust want everything to yust go away  blessed be

is it constant? 24/7? Better with rest?

How long have they been aching?

And to answer you question, YES, it can all be from anxiety.

My cousin had this as a symptom, and it went away after therapy. :)
