Constant shaking/trembling? It's so annoying!

I'm 19 and have real bad Anxiety, i do seem to have a natural small shake due to my weight though, i'm naturally very slim and i have a fast metabolism and the doctor said slim people get shaky very easily due to not eating regulary or whatever, but my Anxiety has made it worse!
I get them inner body tremors, my whole body is shaking, i cannot hold anything in my hands properly because they shake so much, it makes me so tense!
It's been bad the last few days because i'm not feeling well, got a cold and i also have a Neck Misalignment which is causing alot of pain (great!) so i'm very anxious =/ My hands can also get painful with it.
Does anyone else have it bad?
I do try to relax but it's hard, even the smallist bit of worry/stress triggers my Anxiety symptoms, i get so many.
Even when i think i'm okay, i'm obviously not because i'm still on edge.
What can i do about it? Anything?
=/ x

I shake constantly due to my anxiety. I think meditation might help. Do the three Ms
Meditation
Medication
And motivation to stop worrying.
I don't want to be hypocritical because I'm constantly anxious as well but this might help the both of us.

I hear you all the way!
Thats how it all started for me, one day I was feeling great, my bestfriend and his wife and kids came to visit myself, wife and kids...had a drink with him.
Next day I start shaking.....I did for about 2 days, then would get easly startled..out of sleep.....then It came to a point where every other night I couldnt sleep.....then I freaked, and It seemed like every other night when I couldnt sleep,  I was in the ER.
Finally I got a appointment at our regular Walk in clinic, and the gave me Prozac, and clonopin 1 mg.

Do yourself a favor, before it gets this bad, if you dont take anything, talk to your Doc about clonopin, it will help you sleep, and feel "normal" again....dont get hooked though,
I took mine for about 6-7 weeks...LOW doses, and it helped alot, even though I wasnt completely normal, still made me feel like I wasnt going to loose my mind...or die from cancer...or whatever
It will stop your shaking also, because it is a benzo, and works on your central nervous system.
Ive also noticed Chamoline tea does relax you, but if your still shaking, it probably wont do anything until youve had a couple days of "not worrying" from taking something that your DOC gives you.
If you wanna talk or anything, feel free to write me, maybe you can discuss some of your symptoms, or whatever might make you feel better.
Also, do yourself another a favor, and dont be like me and go looking up all the symptoms on the Internet, BECAUSE IT WILL GET WORSE! if you do that, Lol
Everything has our symptoms of anxiety, and the internet is full of alot of "****"
