Hi,
Its hard being a mother i think in some way worring about family members and how your kids will turn out is a natural thing that comes with the territory...Instead of worry about them try thinking about why you enjoy them and how luky you are to have them...
I understand the feeling about your husband getting frustrated and feeling that you have no-one to talk to ..your probably also carry guilt because of what your going through??
In my experience i found that males get scared when they dont understand why and how to fix it, and they cant.... the only person who can fix what your going through is YOU, and with the help and support of your Dr or Pdr you get through it..I think its about all about how you manage and a process of the emotions that your experiencing their are good meds out their that can help also a lot of heath professionals and natural thearipist that can give you stadagies to help you through this time, try all avenues some will work and some wont work so good
some things that i tried are meditation, kinesiology, hypnosis, exercise walk 30 min a day it really helps your mind and body, mindfullness, as well as medication, i found these all helped me in some way or another,
Talk to a friend ,family couciller, and dont be afraid to cry, angry, frastrated ,being scared or being happy they are emotions and are there for a reason try to feel them acknowledge them and let them go not to push them away because they will always come back to bite you
I hope this helps in some way
Alot of us that have anxiety go through what your going through so know that your not alone.
Maybe you need to try meds for your anxiety along with counseling.
Ask your husband to do some research on anxiety so he'll understand what your going through.
My husband did'nt know what to think when I started having panic attacks and anxiety. I think he was more scared than anything else. That was many years ago and he's been great because he does understand.
We're always here to talk with you. Take care. Remar
