Hey. Those are normal anxiety symptoms. I had exactly the same. Mine started randomly. In the middle of the night. I was sitting watching a movie and suddenly i just had a panic attack. I didnt know it was a panic attack. My husband took me to the hospital cos i thought i was dying. Ive never felt like this before. All my tests cam bsck negative. Ive had chest pains and other symptoms daily since i went to hospital... but nothing bad has happened. I keep thinking im guna have a heart attack... but still nothing has happened. You need to just change your mind set. Honestly thats the only curr. I was on prescribed medicine for 2 days then i refused to continue with it because i dont need it.. its all in your head darling.

Hi there.  Gosh, I'm sorry to hear this.  That must be terrifying in the time you are having these symptoms.  I do think that these are things that can be symptoms of anxiety and am sorry you are having them.

Let me ask you, since medical professionals twice have told you this is likely linked to anxiety, have you followed up with that?  Is seeking treatment for anxiety something you'd consider?  Anxiety IS treatable!  The best combination is talk therapy and medication added to help someone overcome the anxiety.

We can't really know anything like vitamin deficiencies or such issues here---  nor can we diagnose you with anything like that.  We can confirm that it sounds like you are having symptoms of anxiety.

I would do two things--  I would make an appointment with your general practitioner for a complete physical.  Double check your heart health and all else (blood work can tell you if there is a metabolic issue or issue with vitamin deficiencies).  This will give you an overview of your health.
Second, I'd begin working on the anxiety.  Investigate where you can go for further help--  psychologists/psychiatrists, etc. that can provide treatment and therapy.  Sometimes starting this process in and of itself brings a bit of peace.

We are here to help in any way we can.  Best of luck to you and keep in touch

Hospital told me that too.

I was anemic, iron deficient, Vitamin D3 deficient.
I didn't get blood work for magnesium or Vitamin B12 deficiency,
but believe that is also an issue. It's shocking how bad vitamin and mineral deficiencies are on the body. Felt like I was dying and going crazy. My ekg, CT Scan, Blood Pressure were always normal.

These deficiencies cause anxiety, depression, insomnia, headaches, body/bone pain, tight chest, brain fog, weakness, fatigue, dizziness, eye problems, internal tremors, muscle twitches, etc.

You can buy supplements over the counter.

Lab range for D3 is 30-100ng/mL. That starts too low. You need to be above 50ng/mL to be at a more optimal level. Anything under 50 isn't good.

Magnesium citrate or glycinate are preferable.
Magnesium Oxide is not good.
200-400mg daily split dose throughout the day.
Citrate can may cause insomnia if taken at night.

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) soft gels (Doctors Best),
or D3 liquid drops (Carlson). D3 may cause insomnia at night.
Never take Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol) it's harmful.
Dosage differs with people. Deficient may need 5,000-10,000iu daily for 3 months then get blood test (25 OH Vitamin D) to see what your new level is. If you stop taking D3 your levels will again drop within 1-2 months. Maintenance D3 dose may be 3,000-7,000iu daily depending on the person.

Vitamin K2, to regulate calcium in your body and not deposit into your arteries. If you eat lots of leafy greens daily you're ok there.
About 1000mcg daily K2 is needed.

Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin sublinguals are good.
Don't take cyanocobalamin.
