really bad panic attack

feel like crap from depression out of nowhere and it basically is the depression like it made me feel nothing at all no emotions just like crap fo no reason and trying from listing to music and drinking water and tea and have the fan on me please anyone help me. this site helps me relax most cause able to type everything out

No, you set the panic attacks off by the way you think about it.  I know this is not easy to grasp, and knowing it hasn't ever solved the problem for me, but everyone has problems yet most do not suffer from anxiety.  Your biggest need is to address the anxiety with therapy and hope it works for you so you don't think the way you do.  Good luck.

Agree - Think right! Arrest your thoughts - do not let them do their own thing.

Do you exercise?  Have something that really makes you happy?  If so, do that, this will probably pass if it isn't something that's there all the time normally.  Everyone feels down sometimes, it's just harder when you're anxious to be patient with it and let it pass.

walk everyday for 2 hours and sometimes play games or drive around, but these pass weeks have been bad but yesterday and today are the worse cause it just does it on its own and it sets my heart of which results in a panic attacks from feeling like crap
