No, you set the panic attacks off by the way you think about it. I know this is not easy to grasp, and knowing it hasn't ever solved the problem for me, but everyone has problems yet most do not suffer from anxiety. Your biggest need is to address the anxiety with therapy and hope it works for you so you don't think the way you do. Good luck.
Do you exercise? Have something that really makes you happy? If so, do that, this will probably pass if it isn't something that's there all the time normally. Everyone feels down sometimes, it's just harder when you're anxious to be patient with it and let it pass.
