ive been having irregular breathing for ayear in the day but at night when im asleep im fine

What are your symptoms?   I feel like I am not getting enough air and I keep trying to take a deep breath.  I get so scared because I feel so short of breath until I take a deep breath.  It could last for hours.

i have had the exact problem i suffer from anxiety really badly.my heart skips a beat or two and i can feel it in my throat sometimes it is annoying have u had ne ecg or ekg and or ar you on any medication because all my ecgs came back normal except once and that was shortly after starting my sertraline i hope i have help in ne way get back to me if u need ne other help it really does help talking
