help!!!

For almost a month, my anxiety is super bad. It's been calm for a long time. I've been working every day and ut feels  like I'm doing too much but everyone works everyday, why should I be affected this way?  There are days I work later but its not everyday. My husband is working out of town til December.  He's worked out if town before and each time has had to come hone because if my anxiety. Buit this started before he left.  I wAke up dizzy every morning.  Just when i first turn my head.  I have 3 kids and I'm taking care of it all by myself plus running my business.  I'm scared I will over do it and them collapse.  Can that happen?

If it is persistent and affecting your life in a bad way, you should talk to a doctor.  At the very least, see a therapist.  There are all kinds of medications that can be helpful in the short term or long term.  It's normal to have anxiety about work, kids, husband, etc.... sort of think of it as a rain barrel.  When the barrel gets filled to capacity, it overflows.  Same thing with stress.

Just remember that anxiety will make you believe all sorts of things that aren't true.  When you get dizzy, it will convince you that you will pass out.  It will convince you that you're going to have a mental breakdown.  But the reality is, anxiety is just a norm human biological function and it goes away.  If it remains chronic, then you could really benefit by seeking help from a doctor/therapist.
