is this really anxiety??

i'm 19 years old. i remember when i was little 10 years old  i had two anxiety attacks well i dont know if they were really anxiety attacks but i know for sure that they were Depersonalizations. i felt like i was out of place or if i was drunk. and since those 2 attacks i never experience had experience that again. Until this year when i was about to turn 19. well i was driving to this restaurant at 12 am and i was going really fast cause i was in a hurry i think i was going like 60 miles per hours and i passes a redlight , and a second after i passed the redlight i felt really light headed and i felt weird (like if i was going to faint) and i stopped the car and i felt my heart beating extremely fast and i thought i was having a heart attack or something so i decided to call my mom and for a second i couldnt remenber the number i dont know if it was because i was nervious or i just didnt remenber. and then i felt this hold and cold feeling comming from my feet to my chest and then the same hot and cold feeling from both of my arms to my chest. up to there i thought it was just anxiety and then 2 weeks later i felt like my left side of my head was numb not really numb just the feeeling cause i was touching it but i could still feel it. and then i went to the emergency room they said it was anxiety. and now im starting to get blurry vision and my left arm just hurts and my legs hurt too!!! also i have a lot of headachess!!!and  since 2 weeks ago i been since this things in my vision is just like if somebody was taking a picture of u with a flash and then u stay with the flash sensation for like a second well i see the same thing and also when i close my eyes i can see red ball and when i open them i can see like circles in the corner of my eyes sometimes i see little dots i dont know what that is im really worried... for my vision.. and i've had several tests done to me for my heart and headeverything comes up normal everytime.. and i never took any pills for anxiety .

I've experienced many of those same sypmtoms. For me, it was and is anxiety. I'd still see a doctor and get a full work-up, but chances are if nothing else is found wrong, it's just anxiety. I know that numbness you speak of. Not really numb, just a strange tingling, dull feeling, especially around my throat and neck on the left side.

Everything you feel, I feel. The number one problem that I have having is the blurred vision as well. It was so bad that I went to Kaiser for a FULL eye exam. The exam took 2 hours. Lights affect my eyes terribly. I was told my eye exam came out really good, very light glacomina that can take years to progress. I have 20/20 vision far. I honestly believe it is anxiety. I just got back from Kaiser and they are sending me to a specialist very soon. We need to pray for each other. No one understands it, only those who suffer with it.

mri is more sensitive in spotting things but a ct is just as good.  MRI takes longer to do.... ct is relatively quick

Ok, i have the some of the same symptoms as you and more again, its really scary, i start completely freaking out as soon as i go too far  from my house. Im having a CT scan done tomorrow. Does anyone know what the difference between a CT and an MRI is anyway? Will they both show any problems?

Go get an MRI.  I did and i was freaking out with my symptoms and it was all due to anxiety.  Vibrating bouncing vision.  Eye tricks... flashing lights...electric shocks ...buzzing..blurred vision...tremors...pains all over. back stomach legs etc... i'm sure you'll be fine

yeah i think so, first off you need to rule out all the major things. THEN if there is ABSOLUTLY nothing else that doctors can do, its anxeity.

go get an MRI of ur head asap.

you should see an Neurologist right away, and get a second and third opinion from different doctors.  I have had major anxiety most of my life and I never experienced any of what you describe.  Definitely see a Neurologist or two.
