I have never been diagnosed with SAD but I think that I have that. This has been going on for years, about fifteen. Within the last year, I started having more attacks. It usually starts peaking in August and goes on until maybe February. I have only been outside about ten times this month and only to the corner store or riding with my mom. For the most part, I know that it was worse than this before. At one time, I did not come outside really at all for three years . What a sad time in my life. I will keep you updated and I am hoping to get this dealt with to the best of my ability to be able to live again. I don't want to be how I was before because my kids will suffer. I am getting to the point of planning my travels again. Its really crazy. Smh
I'm glad to hear you have an appointment. Have you been diagnosed with S.A.D? It's a kind of depression that usually happens in the fall and winter.
My daughter goes through the same thing every month with her depression and anxiety being worse at that time.
Keep us up to date on what your Dr says. Remar
I have an appointment to see one on Friday. I used to take Paxil some years ago but not for a long time. Today was a little better. These things usually happen to me around the same every year and when my menstrual cycle happens. I am hoping for the best. Thank you for the support.
Are you seeing a Dr right now? If so, are you taking any meds for your anxiety and depression? We're here to help you any way we can. Remar
