pulsating body, Scared of being ill

The pulsing sensation can be felt at all times (standing, sitting, laying down) but is more predominant laying down and especially on the areas where there is pressure upon the body.  For example, when I lay on my back the sensation is predominant in the back, when laying on my side it is more predominant on my side, etc. I also suffer from tinnitus which has caused anxiety, Depression i recently started having eye problems sensitive to brightness, also when i yawn a get rumbling sound in my year what are all these problems i have seen an ent doctor he docent no i have also seen an Optometrist they cant tell Help Me Is there some one who nose my answer

From what i understand this problem does not get better but worse as one gets older. If it is due to anxiety one should be able to control it. I m a doctor and as you can imagine have asked many if they have any clues on the cause of this sensation but have not obtained  any as yet.

I find this with myself and many others who have anxiety. You are very aware of your body. Very aware of even the smallest pains and aware of your heart beating. It's so funny that I can count my pulse most of the time without even checking it on my wrist. I too have tinnitus and it is annoying but normal in folks who have it. It seems to happen the older you get. I am very sensitive to brightness also. I can't remember the last time I didn't go outside without sunglasses.
