The cause of all unhappiness is that things are not the way you want them to be. Change what you can and accept the rest. To accept is to change the way you think about it. You can swim against the current or you can go with it.
Change your routine. Go out and socialize. Help people. Being kind to others is a great pick me up. Just do something different. You are wonderful. Believe it.
