My chest feels sore after an anxiety attack?

Thank you.  The soreness that I experienced was more like muscle soreness.

Alot of people who have anxiety attacks, or panic attacks actually go to the ER thinking they are having a heart attack- its an unfortunate symptom of the attack, just rest, deep breathe, and try to calm yourself however you can

What kind of soreness is it? Is it a shallow soreness, all around? That could be from rapid breathing which can cause you to strain or stress your chest wall muscles.
