This is one of my main symptoms as well, great way to describe it "wanttomanage", it does feel like tingling liquid. My is accompanied by a super nervous stomach and nausea. I get these tingly, creepy crawlys on my scalp as well.
I am also on Lexapro, and have been for about a year. I will be meeting with a new Dr. in a month or so to talk about switching or perhaps increasing, we'll see. I am just still so nervous, not a lot of attacks, but daily symptoms and constant nervousness, it never seems to go away. So something is still happening in my crazy system. Though I still suffer each day, I do feel as though I have accepted, I don't really fight it anymore, it is just an annoying feeling, and I want to feel normal again. I am able to go on with my normal day to day routines, and suffer through it. There was a scary time where I began to close myself into the house, but thank goodness, I have gotten past that stage.
Best Wishes to you!
Kristine
Hi -- I know exactly how you feel -- rushing adrenaline that just won't stop and a feeling of craziness are the two main symptoms I get when I have panic attacks. It feels like I have a tingling liquid running under my skin in my arms, hands, chest, back, and thighs. It can make my blood pressure spike really high.
I have been taking Lexapro for about 10 weeks now. I started at 10 mg and am now up to 20 mg and it's definitely helping.
Best of luck with your stressful schedule -- just remember that things will eventually calm down!
