I have Eosinophilic esophagitis, Progressive Peripheral neuropathy, Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance and now low Oxygen saturation.  Any thoughts for the root cause?

I know that this is a very old post but I'm wondering if you've made any progress with the EoE and peripheral neuropathy symptoms.

I have both of these things going on too.  The neuropathy seems somehow connected to allergy (pollens and antihistamines aggravate the neuropathy).

I have way to many test :)  The thyroid and liver were the first things that the doc check. Negative.  From what I understand Eosinophilic can also reside in the lungs.  I wonder if this could impair  lung functions when oxygen is transfer to the blood cells?

Some of these things could easily be thyroid related, specifically underactive thyroid.

Have you had blood tests for this?
