Hello I feel for you because I have the same symtoms but I have started to improve by keeping away from toxins. What enviroment do you work in? I was told yesterday that I have the classic symtoms of MS and the neurologist is doing another brain scan to see if there is any change from the previous one. I was exposed to chemicals and thats how I have got autoimmune problems if you were in the UK you would be treated fro free I really feel fro you eat well and get plenty of rest when you can.

I would start with getting my vit D level checked and thyroid.  You have to start somewhere.  You might could even get those w/o a drs. order.  Don't know till you ask.  I know my sister got an urinalysis at a lab just because she asked for it.

Happy birthday!

Have you posted your question on the MS forum?  And maybe on the neurological (I'm assuming there is one for that too.)

Do you not have insurance?  The least you could do is get an eye exam.  Don't toy around with your vision.

Praying for you

Hi there and welcome to MedHelp.

So sorry to hear of your problems.  Your symptoms sound so much like MS.  Have you posted your question on the MS forum?  Low vit D levels are real common in autoimmune diseases.  It doesn't mean you have an AD, it just means that they are common.  Does getting too hot make the symptoms worse?:
