Anybody know what could be wrong?

I joined this forum about a year ago. Since I was 18 I've had chronic lower back pain. I need massages HARD to feel it at all in spots. I had cortisteroid injections when I was 18 because my back "went out" and I couldn't walk this happened a couple more times. Got shots etc everything seemed cool until a year ago my neck flared up for the second spring in a row this time I wasn't satisfied with taking muscle relaxer all summer... So I've been seen by a neurologist, physiologist, neurosurgeon to name a few. I've had MRI with n without contrast of brain cervical thoracic and lumbar. Was told that I have severe herniations in lumbar, neurosurgeon ordered a CAT scan of my lumbar. Says I have really bad arthritis in my lumbar discs and it's odd I'm only 25!? Why won't anyone give me an answer. I've been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, anxiety, depression, arthritis of lumbar, gastroenteritis, constipation severely with fecal impaction and have gone 8 days without a BM and now havento use suppositories. I am also just getting over a kidney infection. Is all of this inter related or are they all isolated medical issues? I feel unwell fatigued to boot.  I just got blood tests for guillane barre and a few other things but the doc never called so I guess the test was ok? I have an appointment with pain mangement (this is where neurosurgery referred me) on Monday. First visit is consultation. Any ideas of what I should ask them or what to expect etc?

Before I would consider surgery I would look into a natural healing approach.  Check out the book "Prescription for Nutritional Healing" which will tell you the foods and supplements you can take to help your arthritis.  Pay attention to your body and how it reacts to eating certain foods.  Eating raw fruits and vegetables will give your body what it needs to repair itself.  The doctors can give you drugs to cover up the problem but real healing is done in the body.

It doesn't matter what you ask them, they never listen to patients, they just do tests.  If nothing stands out, you aren't sick in their book.  That is just how the medical systems work these days.   You have multiple symtpoms which are most likely caused by the same underlying issue.   You need to fix your health, and not suppress is with meds and surgery.   Your body will only heal given the right nutrition / vitamins / minerals and clearing out toxins. I would consult an alternative health care professional if you already haven't done so.
