Can herniated discs in neck cause pressure in nose bridge?

I have had intense, (almost constant) pressure around the nose bridge for about 7 months now. I went to an ENT doctor, and he did not see an infection, but put me on antibiotics anyway. I took them, but they didn't help.
A few years ago I was diagnosed with three herniated discs in my neck.
Can that be the cause of the facial pressure? It's very debilitating most days... :(
I am 42 years old, and did not have an injury.

Thank you
