Severe pain in neck and upper spine

I am suffering from a severe pain in the neck and spine for the past two years. The pain is a dull sensation but it is a constant irritation and discomfort. I struggle to bend my head if I type and write and suffer stiffness in the neck every morning.I have been to three chiropractors and received soft tissue manipulation  a collar hot packs but the pain simply returns.Recently I have experienced vertico. My mr scans showed degeneration of the disks and early signs of arthritist. The neuro surgeon said that the degeneration is not abnormal and should not cause the extreme discomfort.I play golf and are suffering from musle spasm on a regular basis. I use to attend biocineticist massages for the spasm and received relieve from it.The pain in the neck (upper spine) is still there . I am now using trepiline for the pain but it only assist for short spells. The disks in the neck feel swollen and are inflammed at times. Hope you can give advise.       PAINLESS 704

Best way is continue with "INTENSIVE ACUPUNCTURE", not general acupuncture. I don't know other therapy much.

Soft tissue injuries are your pain cause, Intensive acupuncture possibly treat this problem more effective. Good luck!
